I am a personal trainer based in Cincinnati, OH. My mission is to take the elite training methods I learned and applied in grad school and bring them to realm of personal training. Whether it is to balance your body, alleviate aches and pains, losing 20 pounds or putting on 20 pounds; my goal is to accomplish these in an efficient, effective and fun manner. I provide smart and balanced training to accomplish your desired goal.
I have been working as a personal trainer since 2008 when I was in undergrad at the University of Cincinnati. Initially I went to school and had planned to become a physical therapist, I changed career paths half way through when my love for fitness and finding more ways to help people was really sparked.
I train a variety of adult clients with a wide range of goals as well as several high school athletes. My knowledge base and understanding of the body and how it moves allows me to effectively design programs and exercise routines for a wide range of goals.
